There are two types of m-sand available in the market: the coarse sand and the fine sand. The former is used in concrete and the latter for plastering. Technology has improved to the level that fine materials of both segments are available.
Equipment Introduction:
PW series dry/wet mechanism sand system, with its core equipment - sand making machine, equipped with our company's patented technology equipment - PW or PWS series horizontal shaft impact crusher.
Using various types of stone materials that meet national standard building materials such as river pebbles, granite, limestone as raw materials, it adopts a rational integrated fully enclosed or semi-enclosed layout. It features a brand-new design concept and unique high-efficiency, environmentally friendly energy-saving properties. Additionally, it utilizes pulse centralized dust collection and ash collection to produce mechanism sand. This system integrates efficient sand production, optimized particle size, controllable stone powder, adjustable grading, controllable moisture, and environmentally compliant standards into one sand and gravel aggregate system equipment.
