ZSW2060 High Capacity Mining Vibrating Feeder Pre-screening Effect
Product Introduction:
The ZSW series vibrating feeder is a new type of feeder developed and designed by extensively incorporating foreign technologies. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemicals, and abrasives. This feeder is suitable for feeding crushed materials such as river pebbles, granite, basalt, quartz stone, iron ore, diabase, limestone, calcite, dolomite, barite, talc, gypsum, bentonite, and more.
Benefits:
Working Principle:
The ZSW feeder utilizes an inertia-type dual eccentric shaft exciter to generate directional vibration forces. Between the two shafts is a pair of gears with a gear ratio of 1, ensuring that their rotation directions are opposite and their speeds are equal. Driven by an electric motor, the two eccentric shafts rotate. Because the eccentric masses and eccentric distances on the two shafts are equal, the inertia forces they produce cancel each other out in one direction and add up in the other direction. This creates a composite directional vibration force, causing the feeder trough rigidly connected to the exciter to vibrate forcibly on supporting springs. Under the action of the vibrating force, materials slide and are thrown on the trough, enabling the materials to move forward and achieve the feeding purpose. When materials pass through the baffles on the trough, smaller materials fall through the gaps between the baffles without further crushing, directly entering the next crushing process, thereby acting as a pre-screening effect and ensuring the crushing efficiency and capacity of the crushing equipment.
